How They Fit Together

Adopt One, or Connect Them All

Reading Water QualityThe water quality monitoring kit collects ORP / pH / DO / EC / temperature and streams data to your phone in real time
Adjusting Water QualityOperate the hypochlorous acid generator based on readings to remove algae, lower ammonia and disinfect
Controlling EquipmentThe power control kit switches paddlewheels and water inlet/outlet remotely, with LINE alerts on abnormal status
Counting StockThe smart counter provides a recorded count basis at fry intake, stocking and harvest
Dispensing FeedThe autonomous boat handles feeding and lime/treatment spreading, replacing manual pond rounds
Using the DataThe intelligent aquaculture system integrates all the above, running AI inference and anomaly alerts on edge compute

Core Technology: Hydraulic Sorting

  • Uses density differences between objects, controlling flow velocity to set drift and settling positions
  • Water-flow sorter with feed-in and discharge conveyors separates clams from debris automatically
  • Anti-corrosion enclosure prevents leakage and protects internal mechanical parts

Validation and Extension

  • Unit tests (16 days) and on-site final tests (7 days), 31 items each, 100% pass rate
  • After automating sorting, final visual inspection staff dropped from 7 to 4
  • Extendable to hard clams and other shellfish, and to any density-based sorting application
